We love Nature! Leelanau gives us the opportunity to enjoy the beauty God has blessed us all with. Tracey introduced me to Leelanau about 10 years ago. It was a hard sell to get me to vacation in Northern Michigan as I had lived my entire life in Georgia & Florida. But after experiencing the Sleeping Bear Dunes area, I too fell in love with it.
Tracey is a musician in "The President's Own" U.S. Marine Band and she gained her love for the area by working at Interlochen in the summers for years before we met. She has since hoped to "snow-bird" there in the warmer seasons (go "South" in the colder) after retiring. This was first Tracey's dream, and now mine as well. Thus, the lot in Northport which we plan to build & live on.
